Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) in Webster, Texas. This 13-week assignment is for an evening shift, with 8-hour shifts.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of RN experience, and holds ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications. Responsibilities include caring for post-anesthesia patients, documenting status in Meditech EMR, and supporting a range of surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide PACU nursing care for postoperative patients (PACU).
• Document patient status and vitals in EMR (Meditech).
• Assist in a range of procedures listed (endoscopy, hernia repairs, myomectomy, hysterectomy, nephrectomy, joint repairs, lumbar fusions).
• Follow unit guidelines and policies; participate as a team player.
• On-call: once per night every two weeks.
