Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Travel PACU RN for nationwide contracts. You will care for patients recovering from anesthesia, monitor vitals, manage pain and complications, and collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe transitions from surgery to discharge.

Requirements include active RN license (compact preferred), BLS/ACLS, and at least 1 year of PACU/critical care experience. Travel pay, housing stipends, and licensing reimbursement support are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required; compact license preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred for pediatric PACU.

Responsibilities

• Monitor post-anesthesia patients for pain, consciousness, and complications.
• Administer medications, including pain relief and IV fluids.
• Collaborate with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and recovery staff.
• Educate patients and families on post-op instructions.

Job Description:

As a Travel PACU RN, you’ll care for patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures. You’ll monitor vital signs, manage pain and complications, and ensure safe, smooth transitions from surgery to discharge or inpatient care.

Key Responsibilities:
