Description:As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.Patient ratios are 1:2.The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.The role involves being cross-trained in ICU, though travelers will not take ICU patients.On-call responsibilities include every third weekend, either 12 or 24 hours, and potentially 2-4 nights weekly.This position requires active participation in patient care while ensuring high standards of practice.Professional development and collaboration with the healthcare team are essential components of the role.Successful candidates will demonstrate adaptability and a commitment to patient-centered care.
