Atlas MedStaff LLC is seeking a travel Registered Nurse for Rapid City, South Dakota. This 13-week assignment supports pre-op, PACU, Phase II recovery, and endoscopy preparation, with 12-hour rotating shifts and a schedule of 36 hours per week.

You will care for patients across the full age range, from infants to geriatrics, in ambulatory, acute care, and trauma procedures. Night shifts require critical care experience with ICU, hemodynamic monitoring, and ventilated patients.

Job Description:

This travel Registered Nurse assignment supports patients across pre-op, PACU, Phase II recovery, and endoscopy preparation and discharge. You will care for infants through geriatric patients undergoing ambulatory, elective, acute care, and trauma procedures. The role includes preoperative assessment, post-anesthesia recovery, discharge education, IV insertion, ventilator support, blood product administration, moderate sedation monitoring, and care for patients who may remain boarded when inpatient beds are unavailable. Variable shifts may include days, evenings, or nights, with rotating weekend and holiday call. Night-shift nurses must have critical care experience with ICU cases, hemodynamic drips, and ventilated patients.
