Job summary

CarePartners in Asheville, North Carolina, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the FT Days - Float Pool to provide leadership in delivering professional nursing care. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients and families, and to delegate, supervise and document care and teaching.

The role requires 1 year of hospital nursing experience, a NC RN license (eNLC may apply) and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• License: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON. Registered Nurse must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Certification: BLS Healthcare Provider.
• Experience: One year hospital nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients.
• Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family.
• Implements medically prescribed interventions.
