CarePartners seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for our PACE program in Asheville, NC. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered nursing care within an interdisciplinary team, coordinating medical and social services for seniors who prefer to stay at home.

The position requires an active NC RN license, a BLS certification, and at least one year of hospital nursing experience, with day-shift availability and a supportive, community-based environment.

Qualificações

• Education: Associate's Degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• License: Must have and maintain RN licensure in NC; eNLC license may apply; license must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Certification: BLS Healthcare Provider.
• Experience: One year hospital nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership facilitating delivery of professional nursing care; applies nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Delivers, delegates, supervises and documents patient and family teaching.
• Implements medically prescribed interventions.
