Maxim Healthcare in Denver is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients. You will work in clients' homes, following the nursing process to plan, implement and evaluate care with a focus on safety and outcomes.

Eligible candidates hold an RN license, BLS, health certificate, and PPD/Chest X-ray; one year of RN experience is preferred. Competitive hourly pay from $37 to $45, plus benefits and retirement options are offered.

• Current Health Certificate as required by contract or state regulation.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year RN experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in home settings.
• Initiates and revises the plan of care as patient needs change.
• Administers medications and treatments and monitors their effectiveness.
• Reviews care plans and coordinates teaching, discharge planning and education as needed.
• Escalates changes in patient condition to physician or supervisor.

Maxim Healthcare in Denver is hiring for a Registered Nurse to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to client(s) receiving contracted services, as required
• Initiates the plan of care when directed and requests from prescriber any necessary revisions as patient status and needs change
• Incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals
• Intervenes as applicable in response to changes in patient/client condition and reports such changes to appropriate physician or supervisor
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, as well as, monitors and documents effectiveness of intervention
• Reviews plan of care and program protocols and identifies areas for healthcare teaching/education, care coordination, goal setting and discharge planning needs, as applicable

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
