You will conduct morning and nightly rounds, ensure care plans are followed, perform medication passes when needed, train staff, respond to emergencies, and enforce safety protocols. This full-time role includes a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license with New Jersey Board of Nursing.
• Experience in nursing and supervisory roles in long-term care.
• Ability to train and delegate staff.
• Strong communication and emergency decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all nursing units; supervise staff.
• Conduct morning and nightly rounds assessing residents.
