Job summary

Vitruvian Health is seeking an RN for outpatient wound care in Cleveland, TN. The role provides direct patient care under the Clinical Manager and involves case management for HBO, wound care, and ostomy patients.

The RN should have an Associate's Degree in Nursing and a Tennessee RN license in good standing, with BLS CPR required. Two years of acute care experience are preferred; ambulatory care experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Ambulatory care experience desirable.
• BLS CPR is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under the direction of the Clinical Manager and acts as case manager for HBO, Wound Care, and Ostomy patients.
• Plans, implements and evaluates care according to age-specific criteria and center policies.
• Maintains compliance with the State Practice Act and Wound Care Center procedures.
