Job summary

Aiken Regional Medical Centers in Aiken, South Carolina, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Outpatient Surgery on a part-time basis. The 273-bed acute care center provides top-quality care across orthopedics, maternity, imaging and more within the UHS network.

Qualifications include NLN-approved RN education, SC or compact-state license, BLS, ACLS and PALS on hire, with CPI training within six months and prior surgical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Prefer one year of experience in a surgical setting.
• Current SC nursing license or compact-state eligibility; BLS required.
• ACLS and PALS certification expectations; CPI training within 6 months.

Aiken Regional Medical Centers, located in Aiken, South Carolina, is a 273-bed acute care facility providing top quality and safe healthcare to the residents of Aiken and surrounding communities since 1917. Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
• Experience: Prefer one year of experience in a surgical setting
• License or Registration Requirements: Current South Carolina or qualifying compact state nursing license. BLS(required upon hire). ACLS(5M, ED, PCU/ICU, Surgical Services, L&D), PALS(ED, Surgical Services) upon hire within required specialties. CPI training within 6 months.
• Training: CPI (or obtained within six months of employment) in required specialty. Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
• Travel Requirements: Minimal
