Job summary

Aiken Regional Medical Centers in Aiken, SC, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for outpatient surgery. The facility emphasizes patient-centered care in a high-quality environment with opportunities for professional growth.

The role requires an RN licensed in SC (or compact state), BLS, and CPI training within six months. Prior surgical experience is preferred, with a supportive team and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Experience: Prefer one year of experience in a surgical setting.
• License or Registration Requirements: Current South Carolina or qualifying compact state nursing license. BLS(required upon hire). ACLS(5M, ED, PCU/ICU, Surgical Services, L&D), PALS(ED, Surgical Services) upon hire within required specialties. CPI training within 6 months.
• Training: CPI (or obtained within six months of employment) in required specialty. Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
• Travel Requirements: Minimal
