Job summary

Aiken Regional Medical Centers in Aiken, SC is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for Outpatient Surgery. You will care for patients before and after procedures, monitor vitals, and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient care.

The ideal candidate is a Graduate of an NLN-approved RN program, holds a SC license (or compact state), and possesses BLS; ACLS/PALS and CPI training within required specialties are expected within six months of employment.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Experience: Prefer one year of experience in a surgical setting.
• License/Registration: Current SC or compact state nursing license.
• BLS required upon hire.
• ACLS (5M, ED, PCU/ICU, Surgical Services, L&D) and PALS (ED, Surgical Services) upon hire.
• CPI training within 6 months; CPI training in required specialty or after hire.

Qualifications Required

• Education, Knowledge, Skills, Licensure, Training & Travel Requirements (if applicable): Education: Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program Experience: Prefer one year of experience in a surgical setting License or Registration Requirements: Current South Carolina or qualifying compact state nursing license. BLS(required upon hire). ACLS(5M, ED, PCU/ICU, Surgical Services, L&D), PALS(ED, Surgical Services) upon hire within required specialties. CPI training within 6 months.
