Job summary

AdventHealth in Calhoun, GA is seeking a registered nurse for full-time Day shift in the Surgical Services/endoscopy setting. You will analyze assessments, plan care, administer medications, and ensure safe handoffs with the surgical team.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Experience in Med-Surgical, Surgical, or endoscopy preferred.
• Associates degree in Nursing required or BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes assessment data to determine diagnoses with patient, family, and healthcare providers.
• Develops individualized plans of care in collaboration with patient, family, and providers.
• Administers medications accurately and in compliance with policy.
• Ensures accurate and complete handoff to/from surgery and promotes patient safety.
