Job summary

Providence Aberdeen is seeking an outpatient infusion nurse with oncology and chemotherapy administration expertise. You will apply the nursing process in direct patient care and coordinate the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Provide infusion nursing care for oncology patients, including chemotherapy administration and venous access management.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to plan and intervene based on assessment findings.

The outpatient infusion nurse has knowledge of Oncology, chemotherapy administration, side effects, infusion therapy, blood product administration, pain management, knowledge and skills with port-a-caths and all venous access devices. Required Qualifications

• Nursing degree/diploma.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

• Bachelor's Degree

• 2 years of Nursing
• 2 years of Oncology experience
