Job summary

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Otolaryngology (ENT) Clinic in the La Crosse campus. This role offers a consistent day-shift schedule in a newly renovated outpatient setting, with no weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities.

You will perform triage, nurse visits, wound care, education, and care coordination, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered ENT care.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current Wisconsin RN licensure upon hire.
• One year RN experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage via telephone and in-person visits, wound care, dressing changes, and patient education.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, MAs, and nurses to deliver patient-centered ENT care.
• Assist providers with in-office ENT procedures and coordinate patient care.
