Gundersen Health System's Emplify Health ENT Clinic in La Crosse, WI is hiring a Registered Nurse to join a day-shift outpatient team. This 0.8 FTE role offers a consistent schedule: 64 hours every two weeks, 8-hour shifts from 7:30 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m., with one day off each week and no weekends or on-call duties. You will provide ear, nose, throat care, perform triage, nurse visits, wound care, education, and care coordination, collaborating with physicians, APPs, and MAs in a patient‑centered

Qualifikationen

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in Wisconsin upon hire.
• One year of RN experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead with love while caring for ENT patients.
• Perform telephone triage, nurse visits, wound care, dressing changes, patient education and care coordination.
• Assist providers with in-office procedures and support patients throughout treatment journey.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, MAs and nurses to deliver patient-centered care.
• Build relationships with patients in a predominantly in-person care model.
• Provide occasional coverage in Onalaska as needed.
