Job summary

Boone Health is hiring an RN for a 32-bed Orthopedic Inpatient Unit on the weekend nights. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, with shift 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. A weekend option with premium pay is available, plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

Relocation assistance is eligible, benefits start on day one, and free employee parking is provided. The Accredited Nurse Residency Program supports professional growth within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Nursing diploma or Associate Degree required.
• No prior experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and ongoing assessment for orthopedic inpatients.
• Educates patients and families on illness management, home care needs and medications.
• Develops and implements care plans with the healthcare team.
• Ensures safety, quality and regulatory compliance throughout shifts.
