Cleveland Clinic Martin Health recruits an experienced RN for the 3C Orthopaedics Unit at Martin South Hospital. You will care for patients with musculoskeletal issues, participate in discharge planning, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff in a family-oriented environment.

The role emphasizes direct patient care, education, and ongoing professional development within the Cleveland Clinic system.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN) required.
• Current state RN licensure required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• One year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care in the Orthopaedics unit.
• Implement, monitor, and update patient care plans as needed.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and communicate changes to the team.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per protocol.
• Coordinate discharge planning and educate patients and families.
