Job summary

Freeman Health System in the United States is seeking a full-time registered nurse to join our patient care team. You will provide comprehensive nursing assessments, coordinate care plans, and collaborate with physicians and families to ensure safe, effective outcomes.

In this 36-hour per week day shift role, you will utilize your clinical skills to identify needs, implement interventions, and monitor response to treatment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Missouri or a Compact State; license must be in nurse's state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Independently assesses physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of assigned patients and families; plans and implements appropriate interventions; evaluates effectiveness and adjusts plan as indicated for safe care.
• Collaborates with physicians and care teams to ensure timely, patient-centered care and optimal outcomes.

What You'll Do

In Conjunction With The Medical Plan Of Care, Independently Performs Systematic And Continuous Assessment Of The Physical, Emotional, Clinical, And Psychosocial Needs Of Assigned Patients And Families; Plans And Implements Appropriate Interventions; And Evaluates Effectiveness And Adjusts Plan As Indicated In A Timely Manner In The Provision Of Safe And Effective Care.

Requirements

Current Missouri Registered Nurse License Or Current Registered Nurse License From A Compact State. If A Compact License Is Held, It Must Be In The Nurses State Of Residence.
