Job summary

Freeman Health System in West Virginia seeks a registered nurse for a full-time 36 hours/week position. You will independently assess patients, plan and implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes within the medical plan of care to ensure safe and effective care.

What You'll Do

In conjunction with the medical plan of care, independently performs systematic and continuous assessment of the physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of assigned patients and families; plans and implements appropriate interventions; and evaluates effectiveness and adjusts plan as indicated in a timely manner in the provision of safe and effective care.

Requirements

Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurses state of residence.
