Job summary

Advocate Health's Aurora St Luke's South Shore in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Orthopedic Medical Surgical inpatient care on DAY shift. You will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care on a 33-bed unit, supporting procedures from knee replacements to complex medical cases.

The ideal candidate has completed an accredited nursing program, holds an RN license in Wisconsin, and is BLS certified.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• New grads welcomed!
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Apply evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
