Based in Pittsburgh, PA, the full-time position offers a 72-hour schedule every two weeks with rotating weekends and holidays, and requires PA RN licensure or eNLC, along with mandatory background

About This Role

The RN Ortho Trauma Spine at Allegheny General Hospital is responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with complex orthopedic and trauma needs. This role is ideal for nurses who are skilled in clinical assessment and care planning.

What You'll Do

• Demonstrate clinical assessment skills and care planning skills.
• Provide safe and effective care for the age population served according to regulatory requirements.
• Professionally direct and manage the activities of the patient care delivery by the team members.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for the plan of care from admission through discharge.
• Assess learning needs of patient and family and provide education based on age, culture, and willingness to learn.

Requirements

Education

• Current State of PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).

Experience
