Job summary

Advocate Health in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Ortho Trauma 10RT unit. This 24-bed orthopedic/trauma unit delivers inpatient post-surgical care with telemetry and infusion therapies in a fast-paced environment.

You will provide patient-centered care using the nursing process and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Requirements include NC RN license and BLS; full-time, 36 hours/week; pay range $38.20–$57.30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate patient-centered care using the nursing process, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate treatment aligned with clinical standards
• Apply evidence-based practice and clinical judgment to enhance patient outcomes, safety, and overall experience across the care continuum
