Baptist Health Lexington is seeking an experienced RN for the Operating Room on a full-time weekend 2x12 hour shift (06:45-19:30). The OR team supports pre-, intra-, and post-operative care, with leadership responsibilities and a focus on quality and patient satisfaction.

The role requires Kentucky RN licensure, a nursing degree (BSN/ADN), and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP and dysrhythmia training may be needed depending on assignment.

Qualificações

• Current RN licensure and work permit in Kentucky.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification; ACLS/PALS/NRP and dysrhythmia class as required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients' needs and develop patient care plans.
• Provide direct perioperative care before, during and after surgery.
• Demonstrate leadership and delegate tasks to team members.
