Qualifications

• RN license and clinical certification requirements.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications due within 30 days of start date.
• Registered Nurse with Associate Degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients prior to surgery.
• Provide patient and family education surrounding peri-operative process.
• Assume responsibility for patient preparation including IV therapy and preoperative meds.
• Participate in surgical site verification and universal protocols.
