Job summary

Sierra Medical Center in Reno is seeking an RN Program Coordinator to provide direct patient care to adults in the surgical environment, assess operating rooms for equipment readiness, and collaborate with physicians, team members and vendors to ensure implants and supplies are available.

You will participate in CQI activities, support staff training, and help ensure quality outcomes. This role offers full benefits and a stable 40-hour schedule.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Nevada.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years Operating Room experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the surgical environment.
• Assess operating rooms for equipment readiness and supplies.
• Coordinate implants, supplies and vendor communications.
• Assist in policy review and physician order sets.
• Train nursing staff in the service line.
