Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is seeking an RN Manager, Operating Room to lead the OR unit within a Portland healthcare setting. You will oversee a large nursing team and ensure high-quality patient care with strong clinical and operational oversight.

The role requires a BSN, active Oregon RN license, BLS, and about 3 years of clinical experience, with full-time on-site work and extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operating room unit or group of patient care units within Nursing Services.
• Oversee clinical and operational activities to maintain safe, high quality patient care.
• Manage and develop a team of more than 160 staff, working with Assistant RN Managers.
• Provide strong leadership and be available for extended hours as the role requires (approximately 50-hour weeks).
