ULTIMATE CARING HOME HEALTH LLC in Frisco, TX is seeking an RN or LVN to provide pediatric PDN care. You will follow physician orders, perform assessments, manage GT, and work with the care team to ensure continuity and safety.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed RN or LVN in state of employment
• Minimum 1 year of prior experience
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• GT
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing patient assessments and monitoring

Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (PDN) OR Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (PDN)

Qualifications

Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in state of employment

Previous experience required of at least 1 year

Current BLS/CPR certification

Compensation: $35.00-$38.00 per hour for RN Compensation: $27.00-$30.00 per hour for LVN

Day Shift | Immediate Need

Essential Responsibilities

Deliver skilled pediatric nursing care in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care
