Job summary

Palomacares in Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks an experienced Pediatric Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for home-based pediatric care. You will provide one-on-one care to children in their homes, follow physician orders, monitor and document patient status, and administer medications as part of a comprehensive care plan.

Pediatric nursing experience is preferred but not required. A minimum of two years of nursing experience is encouraged; specialized training is provided for higher-acuity patients.

Qualifications

Pediatric Home Care Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

$25–$29 an hour · Permanent, direct hire · Full-time or part-time

We are recruiting experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses for permanent pediatric home-care nursing opportunities throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

You’ll provide one-on-one care to pediatric patients in their homes, helping families manage ongoing healthcare needs in a supportive environment.

Pediatric nursing experience is preferred but not required. Nurses with at least two years of clinical experience are encouraged to apply. The hiring organization provides specialized training for nurses caring for patients with higher‑acuity needs.

Schedule: Minimum 24 hours per week. Available shifts and locations vary according to patient staffing needs.

What you’ll do

Specialized training is available. Prior pediatric or ventilator experience is not mandatory.

Pay: $25.00–$29.00 per hour, depending on case complexity
