Regency Home HealthCare is seeking compassionate RN or LPN professionals to join our in-home care team in Carlton County, MN. You will care for medically complex clients in private homes, coordinate with doctors, and advocate for clients' goals and independence. Hands-on training is provided in a supportive atmosphere.

RN: $39.00/hour; LPN: $29.00/hour; Competitive hourly rate dependent on licensure and experience, with opportunity for growth and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Hold current RN/LPN license in the state of Minnesota.
• REQUIRED: Hold current CPR certification.
• HIGHLY PREFERRED: home health care/public health, trach, G-tube, and/or ventilator experience.

Description: Regency Home HealthCare has immediate opportunities for compassionate people to join our team! We have a need for a visit nurse in Carlton County, MN. The RN or LPN is responsible for caring for clients with high medical needs in a private home setting. Represent the company’s values while maintaining a professional working relationship with others. Perform hands-on care for medically complex clients in their home. Advocate for clients and assist them in achieving their goals and independence. Provide overall care coordination and play an active role in the client’s healthcare team. Hands-on training provided in a supportive atmosphere.

Location: Carlton County, MN area

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on with medically complex clients, advocating for their physical and mental well-being

• Perform assessments and monitoring, providing assessment details and information to supervisors and doctors

• Perform medical treatments under the direction of doctors

• Schedule, attend, and follow up on medical appointments

• Order and track inventory of supplies, equipment, and medication for clients

• Help maintain a positive and professional environment

• Assist coworkers as needed and promote teamwork

Requirements & Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Hold current RN/LPN license in the state of Minnesota

• REQUIRED: Hold current CPR certification

• HIGHLY PREFERRED: experience in home health care/public health, trach, G-tube, and/or ventilator experience

• Demonstrate consistent integrity, good judgment, and initiative

• Provide effective and efficient care to clients with high medical needs

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client data and care plans

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

• Identify and report any safety concerns or issues related to client care

• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate: $29.00-$39.00/hour (dependent on experience and licensure)

RN: $39.00/hour

LPN: $29.00/hour
