Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality in-home care for adult patients in the Coon Rapids area. Flexible schedules and the chance to impact patients one-on-one await. Pay is $32-$40 per hour with weekly paychecks.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted LPN license in Wisconsin.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Previous nursing experience preferred (1 year or more).
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients' physical and emotional health status.
• Identify changes in patient conditions and communicate findings appropriately.
• Develop and implement individualized care interventions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
