Sprenger Health Care in Ohio and South Carolina is seeking a skilled LPN to join our healthcare team. You will assess residents, administer medications, perform treatments, and support families.

The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license in Ohio, CPR certification, and experience across clinical settings. Proficiency with EMR is a plus; you must communicate clearly and prioritize care in a fast-paced environment.

• Must hold a current and unrestricted LPN license issued by the state nursing board
• Valid CPR certification
• Proven experience as an LPN in various clinical settings
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care
• Ability to adapt quickly to different work environments and provide high-quality care to diverse patient populations
• Proficiency in EMR systems is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Assess resident health by interviewing residents and obtaining medical histories
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments according to established protocols
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems

• Stay informed about current nursing practices and regulations
