Job summary

Emplify Health by Gundersen Tweeten Care Center in Spring Grove, MN, seeks a part-time RN or LPN (0.8 FTE) to join our family‑care team. Shifts are 8 hours from 1:30pm to 10pm, with every other weekend and holidays worked.

You will be licensed in Minnesota and, depending on experience, earn RN $39.24/hour or LPN $26.76/hour, plus a $5,000 sign‑on bonus and strong benefits including 401(k), PTO, health insurance, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN in Minnesota.
• Post High School education in a specialized field: Course requirements that qualify to take LPN boards or minimum of Associate Degree in Nursing for RNs.
• BLS CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care on 8-hour PM shifts (1:30pm–10pm).
• Work 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week) and every other weekend/holiday.
• Collaborate with care team to meet residents' needs.
