Job summary

Gundersen Health System seeks an RN or LPN for Emplify Health by Gundersen Tweeten Care Center in Spring Grove, MN. This 0.8 FTE position offers 32 hours weekly with 8-hour PM shifts (1:30pm–10pm) and every other weekend/holiday.

You will foster a family-based care environment, learning each patient’s needs to serve them best. RN or LPN licensure in Minnesota is required, along with post‑secondary nursing education and BLS CPR certification.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN licensure required in Minnesota.
• Post high school education in a specialized field: Course requirements that qualify to take LPN boards or minimum of Associate Degree in Nursing for RNs.
• BLS CPR certification required.

Must be a new or returning employee to Emplify Health by Gundersen.

Sign-On Bonus paid after 6 months of hire.

What you will do
