Job summary

Emplify Health by Gundersen Tweeten Care Center in Spring Grove, MN is seeking a part-time RN or LPN to join their team. The role is 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week) with 8-hour PM shifts from 1:30pm to 10pm and every other weekend and holiday.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN in Minnesota as required.
• Post High School education in a specialized field qualifying to take LPN boards or ADN for RN.
• BLS CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care as a part-time RN or LPN in a long-term care setting.
• Nurture a family-based care environment by learning about each person and serving their needs.
• Work 8-hour PM shifts, 1:30pm-10pm, 32 hours per week.
• Work every other weekend and holiday.

What you will need:

• Licensed RN or LPN in Minnesota
