Emplify Health by Gundersen Tweeten Care Center is a long-term skilled nursing facility known for compassionate care, a family-based environment, and specialized dementia services, giving this role meaningful variety and the opportunity to support both residents and staff every day.
1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
This position is primarily Monday through Friday day shift, with a rotating backup role for floor nursing and required weekend and holiday on-call availability.
