New Lebanon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in New Lebanon, Ohio, is seeking compassionate RNs and LPNs to join our dedicated care team. You will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, assess residents, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans.

Qualifications

Ohio RN or LPN license in good standing.
Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
Compassionate, resident-first attitude.

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to residents.
Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders accurately.
Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and communicate updates promptly.
Collaborate with physicians, nurse leaders, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans.
Provide guidance and support to nursing assistants to ensure excellent resident care.
Respond confidently to changes in resident conditions and medical emergencies.
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through compassionate communication.
Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
