New Lebanon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee patient care, coordinate treatment plans, and lead a nursing team in a skilled nursing facility in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license in Ohio.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong clinical skills across assessment, planning, and evaluation.

• Effective teamwork with multidisciplinary staff.
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Patient Care: assess residents and implement care plans.
• Administer Treatments & Medications according to protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, and healthcare team for coordinated care.
• Monitor Health Progress and document changes for care plans.
• Promote Quality Care by addressing physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Provide Family Support with updates and guidance as needed.
