Job summary

New Lebanon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Dayton, OH is actively seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our compassionate team. We value residents first and support professional growth in a collaborative environment.

• Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders accurately.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurse leaders, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing assistants to ensure excellent resident care.
• Respond confidently to changes in resident conditions and medical emergencies.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through compassionate communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
