Job summary

Serenity Estates of Lincolnshire is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our care team. You will deliver direct resident care under licensed supervision, help with daily activities, and promote dignity and comfort for our residents.

This on-site role requires Illinois CNA certification, CPR, and excellent communication. Flexible weekday/weekend shifts are available, with rotation to weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois.
• Active CPR
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with ease
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed staff
• Assist with mealtime, including setting up, serving, and cleaning up
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure high-quality care
