Allure of Pinecrest located in Mount Morris, IL invites RNs and LPNs to join our compassionate nursing team across 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will deliver direct nursing care, supervise CNAs, and ensure residents receive high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to state regulations, and accurate EMR documentation, with opportunities for professional growth and meaningful impact in residents' daily lives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN nursing program.
• Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care per Illinois Nurse Practice Act and facility policies.
• Assess residents and identify changes in condition.
• Notify physicians and team members of significant clinical changes.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and adverse reactions.
• Complete nursing assessments and EMR documentation.
• Process physician orders and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and supervise CNAs.
