Job summary

Allure of Pinecrest in Mount Morris, Illinois, is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will provide direct nursing care, supervise CNAs, and support an interdisciplinary care team in a resident-centered facility.

The role requires an accredited RN/LPN program, an active Illinois license, and CPR certification. Sign-on bonuses are offered for full-time RN and LPN positions, with competitive hourly pay based on experience

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN nursing program.
• Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with Illinois Nurse Practice Act and facility policies.
• Assess residents and identify changes in condition.
• Notify physicians and appropriate team members of significant clinical changes.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and adverse reactions.
• Complete thorough nursing assessments and documentation in the EMR.
• Process and implement physician orders accurately.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Participate in MDS assessments and interdisciplinary care planning.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy, hospice, pharmacy, dietary, and other team members.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Promote resident safety through fall prevention and infection control practices.
• Monitor nutrition, hydration, pain management, skin integrity, and wound care.
• Collect laboratory specimens as ordered.
• Assist residents with ADLs when needed.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while maintaining residents' dignity and independence.

Pay & Bonuses

• Competitive Pay: $33.00 - $41.00 per hour (based on experience and licensure)
• $7,500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time RNs
• $6,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time LPNs
