Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's preferred.
• Valid RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, innovative setting, with strong teamwork and clinical skills.

Role Overview

Provides direct patient care within the Surgery - CVOR department, utilizing the nursing process to deliver top-level practice.
Models a multidisciplinary team approach, prioritizing wellness, patient-centered care, and evidence-based practices.
Supports new team members through precepting and contributes to a safe, high-quality clinical environment.
Engages in perioperative care across PACU, Operating Room, and related specialties, adhering to core curriculum standards and evidence-based models.
