Job summary

Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our CVOR Open Heart program, providing perioperative and intraoperative care for complex cardiac surgery patients in a high-acuity surgical environment.

You will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perfusionists to support safe, effective outcomes, monitor patient status, and maintain individualized care plans while ensuring safety and compassionate communication throughout the surgical experience.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with perioperative experience in a high-acuity CVOR setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to adapt in complex cases.

Provide perioperative and intraoperative nursing care for complex cardiac surgery patients in a high-acuity surgical environment. Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perfusionists to support safe, effective outcomes.
