Job summary

Surgery Partners is seeking an RN Circulator to provide direct patient care during surgical procedures in collaboration with the OR team. The role requires strong monitoring, communication, and adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is a Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing with an active RN license, CPR and ACLS certification, and at least 2 years of OR experience. This position is full-time and on-site, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license required (active)
• CPR and ACLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years in the OR

Responsibilities

• Monitors patient throughout the surgical process.
• Manages monitoring equipment, fluid lines, tubes, drains and catheters as needed, including support of operative extremity.
• Uses good judgement in determining appropriate nursing action in emergencies.
• Completes CPR/PALS/ACLS certification/recertification.
• Makes independent clinical decisions regarding patient nursing care and communicates with the team.
• Demonstrates teamwork and uses time efficiently.
