USPI Audubon Surgery Center at St Francis in Colorado Springs is seeking an OR Circulator Registered Nurse to provide perioperative care in a fast-paced ASC.

The RN assesses, plans, and implements patient care in the operating room, communicates with the team, and adheres to standards. No call, weekends or holidays; 10-hour shifts; sign-on bonus $7,500; hourly range $36–$54 based on experience.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Licensed in-state or compact license; license within 90 days for compact.
• CPR required; ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching abilities.
• Physically and emotionally capable of duties.

JOB SUMMARY

The OR RN assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care for all age patients in operating room. Provides care within nursing standards of practice and the policies of the Center. Makes decisions regarding direct patient care needs and communicates appropriate information to physicians, patients, family members, and personnel in other departments as well as team members. May have additional responsibilities as designated by the Nurse Manager of the Operating Room and/or Director of Nursing, which include, but are not limited to, serving on committees, participating in quality improvement audits and projects.

Hourly Range: $36-$54 (based on experience)
