United Surgical Partners International, Inc. is seeking an OR Circulator Registered Nurse at USPI Audubon Surgery Center at St Francis.

The role offers 10-hour shifts, a sign-on bonus of $7,500, and a fast-paced ASC environment focused on high quality patient care. The OR RN assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care, communicates with physicians and families, and may participate in quality improvement projects under the guidance of the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Licensed in the state or possess a compact license.
• Compact licenses must obtain state license within 90 days of hire.
• CPR required, ACLS within six months of hire.
• Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in the operating room.

Job Summary

The OR RN assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care for all age patients in operating room. Provides care within nursing standards of practice and the policies of the Center. Makes decisions regarding direct patient care needs and communicates appropriate information to physicians, patients, family members, and personnel in other departments as well as team members. May have additional responsibilities as designated by the Nurse Manager of the Operating Room and/or Director of Nursing, which include, but are not limited to, serving on committees, participating in quality improvement audits and projects.

Hourly Range

$34-$53 (based on experience)

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Currently licensed in the state, or possess a compact license.
• Compact licenses must obtain state license within 90 days of hire.
• CPR required, advanced life support certification required within six months of hire.
• Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities.
• Physically and emotionally capable of performing responsibilities of position.
