Description:Perform direct patient care activities for the teen and adult population.Monitor and coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient comfort and safety.Participate in surgical procedures and collaborate with the surgical team.Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to all safety protocols.Utilize electronic medical records for documentation and information sharing.Work Monday through Friday with no weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements.Dress code will consist of black scrubs, provided by the facility for the OR.Embrace the values of compassion and quality care throughout the role.Contribute to an environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans as needed.
