The Cynet Health team seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Operating Room in California. This 13-week assignment offers day shifts, 8-hour hours, and a fast-paced surgical environment with 10-15 daily census.

Candidates must hold a California RN license, have at least 3 years OR experience with charge nurse preferred, ACLS/BLS, and familiarity with diverse procedures including orthopedic, abdominal, and gynecologic surgeries. On-call may be required.

Description:This position requires an experienced registered nurse in the operating room setting.The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care during surgical procedures.Experience in a range of surgical specialties such as orthopedic, general, gynecologic, and neurosurgery is essential.The nurse will help manage patient care, assist in surgeries, and ensure patient safety and comfort.The patient population includes a daily census of 10-15 patients with a focus on common procedures.The unit has three operating rooms with an interdisciplinary support team.A call requirement may be necessary but is not likely to be frequent.The resource will participate in on-call shifts and occasional weekend coverage.Availability for two pre-approved time off requests is allowed.The ideal candidate must have a collaborative approach and excellent communication skills.This position is not affiliated with a trauma center but may require handling trauma cases when they arise.
