Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Operating Room assignments in Wisconsin. The role runs a 13-week contract with day shifts from 07:00 to 17:00. The RN must have 2+ years OR experience, an active RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and willingness to travel.

Prior charge experience and familiarity with Da Vinci Xi/orthopedics are a plus. The assignment includes weekend calls (1 in 4) and potential holiday coverage.

• Abdominal and Vaginal hysterectomy, endoscopic procedures, and Hernia repair
• Familiarity with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System and various orthopedic surgeries
• Strong understanding of infection control and patient monitoring practicesAll requirements are non-negotiable for passing criteria.Pass/fail testing will be implemented with strict passing requirements.Candidates must pass telemetry exams within two attempts.The adult exam requires correct identification of lethal rhythms and no errors on third-degree heart block questions.A passing score of 80% or higher is required for both adult and pediatric exams.If the second attempt fails, a certificate of completion of a cardiac interpretation course is required before a third attempt.Failure to pass after three attempts will result in cancellation of the assignment.Travelers are required to float as needed.Minimum experience must include two years of acute care experience in the specialty within the last three years.
